The 15-Day Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 15 days, we're unfortunately unable to process returns.

Eligible Reasons

  • You received a damaged or broken bottle
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product arrived leaking or defective
  • The scent is significantly different from its description
  • You're simply not in love with the fragrance

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 15 days — message us on WhatsApp or email us at zaidwaqar67@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Send photos — clear photos of the product and packaging help us assess quickly.
  3. We'll confirm — our team responds within 24 hours with next steps.
  4. Return the product — send it back in its original packaging using a tracked courier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after the 15-day window
  • Discovery sets and tester kits once opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during final-sale promotions

Changed your mind about a scent? You can also exchange it for another fragrance of the same value within 15 days.
