Once your parcel is booked with Leopards Courier, you will receive a tracking number through our order update message. Use that tracking number on our live tracking page to view your parcel status, destination and latest delivery updates.
Important: Our live tracker uses your Leopards tracking number, not your Shopify order number.
🚚 Delivery Charges Across Pakistan
Flat delivery charge: Rs. 200 anywhere in Pakistan.
We ship nationwide through Leopards Courier. The same Rs. 200 delivery charge applies across Pakistan unless a special promotion on the website clearly states otherwise.
How Order Tracking Works
- Place your order on The Scentique.
- We prepare and dispatch your parcel through Leopards Courier.
- After dispatch, you receive your Leopards tracking number.
- Open our Track Order page.
- Enter the tracking number to see the latest parcel status and delivery journey.
🗓️ Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your destination and Leopards Courier operations. Most parcels are delivered within a few business days after dispatch, while remote areas can take longer.
Delivery may be affected by public holidays, weather, high courier volume, road conditions or other courier service delays.
Tracking Number Not Showing Any Details?
A newly booked tracking number can sometimes take a little time to appear in the courier system. Please check again later using the same tracking number.
If the tracking number still does not show information, or your parcel appears delayed, contact us and share your order number or Leopards tracking number so we can assist you.

Our standard delivery charge is Rs. 200 anywhere in Pakistan, unless a special promotion clearly states otherwise.
What do I need to track my order?
You only need the Leopards tracking number provided after dispatch. Enter it on our Track Order page to view your parcel details.
Can I track using my The Scentique order number?
The live tracking page requires the Leopards tracking number. If you only have your order number, contact us and we can help you find the tracking information after dispatch.
My tracking says delivered, but I have not received my parcel
Please first check with family members, reception, building security or neighbours who may have received it. If the parcel is still missing, contact us with your tracking number so we can follow up.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed over to Leopards Courier.
