About Our Perfumes

What is an inspired perfume?

An inspired perfume (also called a dupe or alternative) is a fragrance crafted to closely match the scent profile of a famous designer or luxury perfume — such as Baccarat Rouge 540, Gucci Bloom, or Creed Silver Mountain Water. At The Scentique, our inspired perfumes are built using high-quality fragrance oils that replicate the olfactory experience of these iconic scents at a fraction of the price. You get the same smell and performance, without the import markup.

Are your perfumes original or copies?

Our perfumes are original compositions inspired by globally loved fragrances. They are crafted in-house using premium fragrance concentrates. They are not counterfeit products — we never claim to be the original brand. Every bottle is a The Scentique original, designed to evoke the character of a beloved fragrance.

How long do your perfumes last?

All our EDPs are formulated for longevity in Pakistan's climate. You can expect:

  • Gourmand & Sweet fragrances (Baker's Collection): 6–8 hours
  • Inspired Series (Gucci Bloom, Baccarat Rouge, etc.): 6–8 hours
  • OUD Series (Royal OUD, Arab OUD, Smoky OUD, etc.): 8–12 hours

For best longevity, spray on pulse points — wrists, neck, inner elbows — on moisturised skin.

What is a gourmand perfume?

Gourmand perfumes are fragrances inspired by food, desserts, and bakery scents — think warm vanilla, sweet peach, wild cherry, dark chocolate, and sugary berries. The Scentique's Baker's Collection is Pakistan's first dedicated gourmand perfume range, featuring Vanilla Drops, Peach Cobbler, Berry Hotcakes, Stolen Cherries, and Midnight Cocoa.

What is an OUD perfume?

Oud (Agarwood) is one of the world's most precious fragrance ingredients, deeply rooted in Arabic and Pakistani culture. Oud perfumes are rich, deep, woody, and long-lasting. The Scentique's OUD Series offers six distinct oud expressions — from sweet and floral to bold and smoky — all at affordable Pakistani prices.

Are your perfumes safe for sensitive skin?

Our fragrances are made with high-quality ingredients. If you have very sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, we recommend testing on a small patch first. Our discovery sets are a great way to test multiple scents before committing to a full bottle.

What size are your perfume bottles?

Our full-size perfumes come in 50ml EDP bottles. Our discovery and tester sets contain smaller sample vials — perfect for trying multiple scents.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your chosen fragrance to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment. You can also order directly via WhatsApp — message us at our WhatsApp number.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across all of Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and every city and town. Pay when your order arrives. No advance payment required.

Is online payment safe on your website?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption (the padlock in your browser). All payment processing is handled securely through Shopify's certified payment systems.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp if you need to change or cancel your order. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

Delivery & Shipping

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver across all of Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and all other cities and towns. If you're in Pakistan, we'll get your order to you.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your city. Karachi orders are often delivered within 1–2 days. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 500. For orders below that, a small delivery fee applies. Check the cart page for exact delivery charges to your area.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel with our courier partner.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Please see our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo of the product. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away — no questions asked.

Can I exchange a perfume for a different scent?

Yes — if you're not in love with your scent, contact us within 15 days. We'll exchange it for another fragrance of the same value. We want you to find your perfect scent.

What are your discovery sets?

Our discovery sets — The Pocket Gallery, The Pocket Gallery OUD Series, and The Baker's Secret Tester Set — are curated collections of mini perfume testers that let you sample multiple fragrances before choosing your full bottle. They're also the most popular perfume gift in Pakistan for birthdays, Eid, and anniversaries.

Are the gift sets ready to gift?

Yes! Our discovery and tester sets come packaged and gift-ready. No extra wrapping needed. They make perfect Eid gifts, birthday presents, and Valentine's Day surprises.
