At The Scentique, we want every customer to love their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly, fairly, and without hassle.

15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 15 days, we are unfortunately unable to process returns.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • ✅ You received a damaged or broken bottle
  • ✅ You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • ✅ Your product arrived leaking or defective
  • ✅ The product is significantly different from its description

Non-Returnable Items

  • ❌ Opened or used perfume bottles (for hygiene reasons)
  • ❌ Products returned after the 15-day window
  • ❌ Discovery sets and tester kits once opened
  • ❌ Items purchased during final sale promotions

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 15 days — Message us on WhatsApp or email us at zaidwaqar67@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Send photos — Please attach clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.
  3. We'll confirm — Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm your return and provide next steps.
  4. Return the product — Send the product back in its original packaging using a tracked courier service.
  5. Receive your refund or replacement — Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3–5 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued via the same method used for original payment:

  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa
  • Card/online payments: Refund to original card or account

Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Want a different fragrance instead of a refund? We're happy to arrange an exchange for any eligible return. Simply let us know which product you'd like instead when you contact us, and we'll sort it out.
