Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities, towns, and districts across Pakistan including:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
- Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
- Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Sargodha
- All other cities, towns, and remote areas via reliable courier

Dispatch Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays are dispatched on Monday.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free delivery is available on selected products, bundles, and promotional orders — look for the free delivery badge on product pages.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Pakistan. You pay the courier when your order arrives — no upfront payment needed. It's the most popular and trusted payment method for our customers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel in real time through our courier partner's website.
Packaging
Every The Scentique order is carefully packed to ensure your perfume arrives safely and in perfect condition. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and secured. Our packaging is minimal but protective — because we believe the perfume is what matters, not the box.
