Return & Refund Policy
At The Scentique, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Returns
To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
For hygiene and product-quality reasons, perfumes, tester sets, discovery sets, and other fragrance products that have been opened, sprayed, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to personal fragrance preference.
Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request clear photos or an unboxing video so we can verify the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery provided the product remains unopened and unused. Return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
Sale & Bundle Items
Sale items and bundle deals may be returned only if they meet the same return conditions above. Any approved refund will be based on the actual amount paid after discounts.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you to arrange the refund through an available local payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If the item was damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, The Scentique will cover the applicable return/replacement delivery cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy after delivery.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before sending any product back. Do not return an item without receiving confirmation from our team.
