However, colours, packaging, bottle appearance, or presentation may appear slightly different depending on your device or due to packaging updates.

Fragrance performance, projection, longevity, and scent perception may vary from person to person based on skin type, climate, application, storage, and other factors.

References to designer or third-party fragrance names are used only to describe fragrance inspiration or scent direction. The Scentique is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those third-party brands unless specifically stated.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, bundles, discounts, and offers may change without prior notice.

If a pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before fulfilling the affected order.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Incorrect information was provided
  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
  • There is a pricing or technical error
  • Delivery cannot be completed to the supplied address

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your order before dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery and Payments

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for accepting confirmed COD orders.

Any online payment methods available on the website are subject to the terms and processing requirements of the relevant payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote-area delivery, security situations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

7. Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered when an order meets the qualifying amount or promotional conditions displayed on our website.

If the final order value falls below the qualifying amount after discounts or order changes, normal shipping charges may apply.

8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect items, and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened, sprayed, used, or tampered fragrance products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Products received damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect should be reported to us as soon as possible.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • May have expiry dates or minimum purchase requirements
  • May apply only to selected products or collections
  • May not always be combined with other offers
  • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve stock. An item may become unavailable before checkout or order fulfilment.
